200407, 200408- the Mix to restart the monthly mix (lists I carried around)

In July and August of 2004, I briefly thought about restarting my monthly mixes, mainly just as a way to listen to new favorite songs.  At the time, I also had visions of sharing these mixes with my friends- long before sites like muxtape came along, you either had to have your own website, use soulseek, or just send zip files through instant messenger.

This mix (published to mclaugh.muxtape.com ) was purely for my enjoyment- I was attempting to drive through rush-hour traffic to get to a retirement party, and wanted something upbeat in case the drive got torturous.
