Magazines on the iPad…….

I currently get the following magazines:
Wired
GQ
This Old House
Make
ESPN
Dwell
Fader
I only read the last two on my ipad, both through Zinio. While there is apparently a solution coming from Apple, we are stuck with this current model (where the digital and print versions are considered separate entities).
Similarly, newspaper subscriptions are currently handicapped.
(One positive is that Zinio regularly gives away free magazine issues to show off its service).

Let’s hope this gets fixed my Apple in December.

via Wired- Branson is set to launch an Ipad-only magazine this year (which is great, but the rest of the world is waiting for an existing magazine like Wired to launch a sensibly-priced Ipad/Paper Subscription)……..

Random thoughts from a New England Wedding

Driving through Woodstock, New Hampshire- on the way to my cousin’s wedding.  So many beautiful towns here, and I really wish we had time to stop at Quechee State Park.
